POWER UP FOR PROJECT HEROES! –THE INPEEK KITCHEN PARTY 2026
Smart solutions can make us better, simplify processes, and speed up work. We use our expertise, know-how, and a lot of passion to help make the most of this power. Our “secret formula” for unleashing these superpowers: dedicated support, constructive feedback, and inspiring collaboration with our clients. That’s how we all become project heroes together!
Reason enough to put such heroic achievements at the center of our Kitchen Party 2026. On September 3, we invited everyone to our offices at PostParc – and were thrilled to set a new attendance record: we welcomed a total of over 110 clients, partners, and inpeek employees!
In a fantastic atmosphere, we provided insights into exciting technologies, innovative product and service ideas, and thought-provoking topics – ranging from BTP security to real-world AI applications to inpeek’s group vision. And we enjoyed each other’s company and stimulating conversations in a welcoming, vibrant setting.
OUR THEMATIC STATIONS
- AI Engineering
In a live demo, we showed how information from security certification forms (SiNa) can be extracted in a structured manner using AI and then validated or corrected by subject matter experts. Manual data entry and verification are now a thing of the past – this process is now automated. In addition to cloud-based models, our solution also runs on-premises using a comparatively compact 30B model, thereby ensuring compliance with all data protection requirements. Furthermore, participants received one-pager summaries providing insight into about ten current AI engineering projects. - AI Innovation Challenge
It was worth participating: In the AI Innovation Challenge, our customers had the opportunity to submit their own suggestions and ideas for use cases that could be solved with AI. The best part – one of these use cases will be selected and implemented by our AI engineers as part of a PoC! - Modular AI Workshops and Training Sessions
Here, our guests had the opportunity to test their AI knowledge. They were asked to match AI terms to five subject areas, each of which corresponded to our workshop topics. Based on their answers, we were able to determine which modules were best suited to their respective levels of knowledge; each participant received a personalized workshop recommendation and an evaluation of their answers. In addition, flyers on display provided an overview of our modular training offerings. - SAP AI
We showcased SAP Joule as the central interface – and what it can already do across products in the standard implementation. Building on that, we used two use cases to demonstrate how custom agents and functions can be integrated into Joule via A2A and MCP. An authorization agent found the appropriate SAP S/4HANA role for a request, and an employee finder agent answered questions about our employees’ skills and certifications – both running on SAP BTP and integrated into SAP Joule. We presented embedded AI in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and in SAP SuccessFactors to our visitors: AI functions that can be used without in-house development. In addition, SAP itself offered a glimpse into the future of SAP AI as well as a demo of SAP Joule Studio 2.0 and Joule Work. - DigiKI Omni Project Update
Our client, Emanuel Fuhrer, played an active role here and presented the latest developments from our ongoing AI project: He demonstrated how, at enersuisse, over 10,000 emails per month are triaged, summarized, provided with suggested replies, and, in some cases, automated end-to-end by our jointly developed AI solution. This sparked a lot of conversation: In lively discussions, the possibilities and challenges of this approach were explored. - inpeek Group Vision
At this station, everything revolved around the three central elements of inpeek’s corporate vision: values that unite; people who are allowed to flourish; and growth that benefits everyone. Our guests were able to take their own “Power-Up” photo at our photo booth and then place it on the photo wall in the section that, in their view, best represents inpeek – an exciting display! Our vision flyer provided more detailed information, and a Power Up energy drink as a small giveaway provided an extra boost of energy. - Migration Solutions in the Energy Sectorr
How do we go about migrating data from small energy utilities into the SAP Utilities systems of larger utilities? In this context, we introduced our Migration Cockpit, discussed the integration of AI, and presented our solution for exporting customer data from innosolv energy. To maintain high data quality following rate changes, we also presented our automated, AI-powered invoice line item verification for SAP Utilities. - Journey to the Cloud: Self-Assessment and Next Steps
We offered our guests a fun, visually engaging way to systematically assess their current SAP BTP usage and derive concrete recommendations for architecture, governance, security, development, and the platform’s future expansion. After completing the assessment, an AI image generator created a personalized avatar based on the responses provided. Our visitors were able to take this avatar home with them as a promotional gift in the form of a pressed button. - Test Management, Automation, and Engineering
We gave visitors a glimpse into our work in test management, our expertise, and current projects – and what we do far beyond the Test Management Handbook! We conveyed this through entertaining slides and wordplay. A video game showcased our engineering capabilities, our certifications, and featured success stories. Those who paid close attention were able to emerge victorious in the battle against the GoLive Monster. - SAP BTP Tool Suite: Security Dashboard & Usage Tracking
Here, the focus was entirely on our SAP BTP products, “Security Dashboard for SAP BTP” and “Usage Tracking & Analytics.” The “Security Dashboard for SAP BTP” is a tool that automatically checks whether SAP cloud environments (BTP subaccounts, Cloud Identity Services, Cloud Connector, etc.) comply with the official SAP security recommendations. Any deviations are displayed centrally in a dashboard. The “Usage Tracking & Analytics” tool for SAP Fiori allows you to collect and analyze usage data from SAP Fiori applications – as a GDPR-compliant alternative to Google Analytics (or the now-discontinued SAP Web Analytics Service). - News from Kibanda
We demonstrated existing features such as damage reporting, order placement, and space management. We also showcased our brand-new FormBuilder with SAP workflow integration, a feature for dynamically creating forms. We were also happy to receive specific feedback and suggestions: For example, the discussions on-site led to the idea of forwarding move-in and move-out data directly to energy providers so that this information no longer has to be reported manually – an exciting idea that we’ll be exploring further!
With so much concise and multifaceted information, there was, of course, plenty of culinary energy to go around—both during the informative portion and at the casual get-together and networking session that followed. Homemade beer and cider were once again a huge hit!
Two takeaways from the afternoon: “I had no idea you covered so many other exciting topics!” and “People always stay much longer at your events than at others. It’s a pleasure!” We hope it will be the same next year – we’re already looking forward to it! 😊
