New Success Story:enersuisse Voicebot

Since September 2025, enersuisse customers have been able to handle their most important matters simply by voice – without dialing numbers or waiting on hold. With its new voicebot, enersuisse has taken a decisive step toward a modern customer experience. For the company itself, this means less pressure on the call center, happier employees, and a positive customer experience thanks to significantly reduced waiting times.
As an integral part of the core team, we were able to accompany the introduction of the enersuisse voicebot throughout its entire duration and were responsible, among other things, for the implementation of the four processes “customer identification,” “set up payment plan,” “request invoice copy,” and “activate deadline extension.” This was an exciting project that laid the foundation for modernizing enersuisse’s customer service and creating a future-oriented customer journey.
