As an essential guide and support for self-reflection, the value tree provides an overview of all the key “ingredients” – the right mix and “recipe” are derived from the personality and current situation of each individual. It is deliberately not a rigid template, but can and should be used individually by everyone and incorporated into everyday working life.

DEVELOPMENT
Sharing and exchanging individual knowledge and experience is also a priority among our employees. We specifically promote the recruitment of young employees. They benefit from the experience of senior consultants and professionals and at the same time bring fresh perspectives into the company – an optimal symbiosis. Regular training, SAP certifications and individual target agreements ensure constant further development.
