With the development of inpeek Summarix, we have revolutionized our sales processes based on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Summarix is much more than a documentation tool: it centralizes and structures all sales-related data—such as employee skills, experience profiles, and project references—in a single, intuitive system. It offers automated and customizable form creation, the Summy chatbot for AI-powered search, and analysis functions for deeper insights into our inpeek-specific skills and projects.
inpeek Summarix not only reduces the documentation effort for tenders and bids by around 60%, but also improves data quality and reusability. At the same time, Summy, the chatbot, enables a significantly faster search for suitable employees with the right qualifications and experience or matching reference projects that meet the specific requirements of a tender. The cornerstone of the chatbot function is the SAP HANA Cloud knowledge graph engine. It allows us to map Summarix data in a knowledge graph, thus placing a clear focus on the relationships and connections between individual entities (e.g., employees and projects). This, in turn, forms the basis for our AI-based chatbot, which, thanks to the knowledge graph, has an optimized data foundation at its disposal to answer complex queries about profiles and project references.
