Dynamic, committed, passionate –The new inpeek AI Unit

Artificial intelligence is already an integral part of the working world. When used in a targeted and well-thought-out manner, it acts as a key driver for increased efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness. It has the potential to transform fundamental business models, optimize work processes, and enable data-driven decisions in real time.
We have been responding to this development for some time now. Last year, we invested heavily in AI and data as growth drivers. Our “summarix & Chatbot Summy” success story published by SAP, the Swiss AI Weeks session at our PostParc location, and the acquisition of our first AI projects with customers are just three examples of the visible results of this investment.
This year, we are taking the next step: our new AI unit officially launched in January – and is already highly motivated and committed to three exciting customer projects! It covers the entire spectrum from proof of concept to the productive use of intelligent AI systems. Services range from consulting on the SAP AI landscape (including SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, low-code and pro-code agents) to the development of customized (agentic) AI systems and the training of customized machine and deep learning models. Our particular strength lies in combining a deep theoretical and practical understanding of AI with years of experience in consulting and software development. This is clearly paying off – the unit continues to show consistent signs of growth.
Fabian Hüni, Head of inpeek Unit AI and one of currently two AI engineers: “We want to use our expertise and enthusiasm for AI in a targeted manner for our customers in order to design intelligent solutions that offer real added value in everyday life. We accompany our customers from the identification of opportunities opened up by the rapid development of artificial intelligence to their optimal implementation. In addition to customer projects, we are also advancing inpeek internally with AI, investing in innovation projects, collaborating with universities, and actively participating in the AI community in Bern (e.g., with the Applied AI Journal Club powered by inpeek powered by inpeek or the AI & ML Meetup, which took place in our office in January). In addition to the entrepreneurial aspects, we are genuinely committed to strengthening and supporting Bern as an AI location. “
