New Success Story:Data & Analytics inpeek internal

The preparation, analysis and visualization of inpeek’s internal data from the SAP Business ByDesign system (time recording and project administration) and from the CV Reference Tool (CV maintenance and knowledge management) should enable more informed decisions to be made both in day-to-day business and at a strategic level.

The main task was to design transparent, scalable and flexible data pipelines for automated data preparation and suitable data modeling tailored to inpeek’s information requirements and issues.

The results are convincing: direct efficiency gains were realized in data preparation and report generation. The information generated from the data provides valuable insights that make the monthly review much easier for the account managers, for example. A dashboard that quickly provides an overview of who has already used a skill, how often, in which sectors, when and in which projects, provides support for tenders. The “inpeek Skill Map” serves as an alternative entry point for the sales team when searching for talent and provides management with a graphical overview of inpeek’s expertise as a whole as a basis for strategic positioning and decision-making.
