Swiss AI Weeks 2025 @inpeek“AI in practice: From internal data to intelligent customer portals”
From September 1 to October 5, 2025, Swiss AI Weeks will feature hackathons, AI lectures, discussion panels, online courses, and hands-on workshops in over twenty cities, where everyone can participate in responsible Swiss AI.
Swiss AI Weeks aims to bridge the gap between development and real life—so of course we were happy to be actively involved! On September 23, 2025, we cordially invited guests to our Postparc Bern location for a demo session entitled “AI in practice: From internal data to intelligent customer portals.” In two short and concise slots, we presented cutting-edge projects from the field – discussion was expressly encouraged!
Around 30 people accepted the invitation, including customers and partners as well as various interested guests who had found our offer via LinkedIn or the Swiss AI Weeks website.
The theme slots
Slot 1 (30 minutes):
Making structured data more accessible with SAP Hana Knowledge Graph, LLMs, and prompt engineering
Efficient search and analysis made easy: At inpeek, we make our internal project references, resumes, and skills accessible via natural language/chatbot — with the help of the SAP Hana Knowledge Graph and large language models, implemented as an early adopter project with SAP.
We provide insight into the technological foundations, tools, and architecture of this exciting and innovative AI project.
Slot 2 (30 minutes):
How are LLMs and AI changing interactions with self-service customer portals?
We outline the most important technological developments (MCP, Agent2Agent Protocol, LLMs, On Device AI) in a compact form and explain how interactions with customer portals are likely to change in the coming months and years.
How can companies prepare for this now? What considerations should be taken into account when designing new customer portals today in order to keep pace with technological developments? Our experts provide answers to the latest questions.

The feedback on the session was overwhelmingly positive. Many questions were asked, and the atmosphere was so good right from the start that we decided to start the talks 20 minutes later than planned, as all the guests were engrossed in lively conversations. There was a lot of praise, and the majority of participants said they had learned something new during the evening – which of course made us particularly happy!
Much-discussed topics included data protection, security, and governance. But AI use cases in general were also a focus; for example, one of the burning questions was how we implemented authentication for the voice bot of one of our customers in the energy sector.
The event didn’t end after the two topic slots: we invited guests to a convivial aperitif with the opportunity to further discuss what they had heard. And this opportunity was used extensively! In addition to the interesting food for thought provided earlier, the highlight was definitely the four types of home-brewed beer we served our guests.
Our conclusion: a successful event with great participants – we’d love to do it again!
