New Success Story:myPrimeo LEG

Since 2026, Primeo Energie customers have been able to handle the entire process relating to local electricity communities (LEG) digitally, easily, and without media discontinuity. With the introduction of the new LEG functionality in the myPrimeo customer portal, Primeo Energie has taken a groundbreaking step toward efficient and fully digitized customer interactions.
As an integral part of the project team, we accompanied the development of the digital LEG process from the very beginning and were responsible, among other things, for designing the end-to-end workflow, creating the clickable Figma prototype, and implementing the cross-client architecture and interfaces. In addition, we expanded the existing myPrimeo customer portal with flexible, automated, and intuitive LEG functionality. The result is a comprehensive management tool that enables the creation, validation, and management of LEGs to be fully digital for the first time.
