inpeek at the SAP Public Services Forum 2026
Important date for the Swiss public services sector: Under the motto “Shaping the future together – data and AI in the service of the public,” the SAP Public Services Forum took place on March 4, 2026, at the Kursaal Bern. Decision-makers and IT managers from administration, healthcare, and utilities exchanged ideas about the digital future of public services. This time, the focus was on data and artificial intelligence – with a special emphasis on data security and trust.

At the inpeek co-partner area, five inpeek units presented project references and examples from our service portfolio for the public sector to interested visitors: from public services to energy, healthcare, real estate, and AI + data.
Smart solutions offer the opportunity to improve ourselves, simplify processes, and speed up work. Our mission: We want to help customers make the most of this power with our expertise and know-how. And turn them into project heroes!
What do these true project heroes look like? Our photo booth gave a first impression live on site. Fuel in the form of energy drinks and glucose tablets was also provided. 😊
In a joint presentation with Sue Ajdini from our client enersuisse on “DigiKI, the smart voicebot for future-oriented customer service,” we provided fascinating insights into one of our recent exciting projects – superpowers were definitely at work here.
