New Success Story:AI Chatbot PoC

ewb has an extensive internal knowledge base—but manually searching for relevant information takes up valuable time and, depending on the employee’s experience, leads to varying levels of response quality. As part of a proof of concept, we demonstrated how an internal AI chatbot can significantly simplify this process by finding content faster, reliably compiling it, and translating it into clear, customer-focused language.
The PoC clearly demonstrates that an AI-powered solution offers tangible support, particularly for complex or rare inquiries, and facilitates the onboarding of new employees. At the same time, it highlights the role that a well-structured knowledge base, high data quality, and clear governance play in the successful deployment of such a chatbot. With these prerequisites in place, a productive rollout can enable significant gains in efficiency and quality in customer service.
