Success for the Business Unit Healthcare –winning of BAG tender

The beginning of 2022 was the official kick-off for the new inpeek Business Unit “Healthcare”. Our objective: the realization of suitable, practicable and future-oriented digitalization solutions for the healthcare sector.

Now we can be pleased about winning the tender of the Federal Office of Public Health (Bundesamt für Gesundheit – BAG) for the revision of the COVID Dashboard. The focus of the project, which is budgeted at CHF 7.3 million, is on expanding the presentation of the epidemiological situation of Covid-19 to around 60 other communicable diseases – including influenza or tick bites. Intention behind: Protect public health from pathogens, detect risks early, and mitigate the impact of epidemics in Switzerland.

Pascal Walliser, MD, Head of the Business Unit Healthcare: “We are very pleased and proud that we were able to convince the BAG of our competence and quality during the tender process. Compliments to the whole team! The dashboard project is a forward-looking topic with high social significance – an exciting and multifaceted challenge that fits perfectly with our orientation.”
