New success story:Modern portal for property management and renters

As part of a commission from Liegenschaften Stadt Zürich, we deployed our in-house development Kibanda, the innovative solution for real estate management with SAP. The aim of the project was, on the one hand, to optimize accessibility for renters’ concerns and, on the other, to reduce administrative tasks in property management.

 

With the installation of Kibanda, 20,000 renters now have a modern solution for quickly and easily submitting damage reports, even outside normal business hours. At the same time, property managers benefit from semi-automated processes that provide them with precise information on damage reports.
